Hot Mind V/S Cool Mind

Hot Mind V/S Cool Mind

The relation b/w a hot mind and a cool mind is like a relation b/w the fire and ice…both needed simultaneously to live a balance life and it’s not necessary that one having a cool mind will constantly have it…or vice a versa. Its not an asset to have a particular kind of mind by default as it is impossible because we all being gifted with the same size of brain but yes to balance it constantly in any worst situation is an asset definitely. “Vinashkale Kaale, Viprit budhi” a very old hindi saying, as we heard this from our elders since our childhood days. Am i right?? But we forget its real mean when we were passing through our anger state of mind. At that very moment we just focus on that person who hurted us not the very cause of that situation & only one thing we want to do then, how to take revenge from this guilty person. I am not saying that taking revenge is a crime, but one should analyze the whole situation first with the calm mind.

In day today life we all are having small small many battles b/w family, friends, colleagues, partners, lovers and so on….. just because we are suffering from a disease i.e. LPK…”Low Patience Keeping”. Everybody thinks him or her perfect and if somebody points out their mistakes then our favorite battle (Hot mind V/S Hot mind) begins, after having a huge debate, two angry egoistic souls satisfied with a 0 result plus a crack line in their beautiful relationship. Why? Because we don’t have patience to listen rather then debating or arguing. It’s little difficult to be patient at that time but it is possible. Let’s take an example, your very good friend scolds you badly on your minor mistake what would be your reaction – either you scolds him/her back and take the revenge on the spot, or you just listen what he/she is telling you. If you choose the first option as we all did and it is very common and easiest one then you never finish that small fight n one day it will turn in a battle and u will loose your friend, because these small debats turns in a cold war. But if at that time you keep quite n listen patiently your angry friend then he/she will calm down soon & next time when you’ll be angry they listen you patiently. So, it’s better to practice the second funda once and see the results. There are lots of suggestions/advices you can get on “How to Control your anger” or “Anger Management”. Like follow the steps, take a deep breath, count from 10 to 1, laugh loudly n etc.Do you think so we can practice them in actual? No? Quite obvious answer. Simple “Kyunki kitaabi baatein sirf kitaabo me achi lagti hai”. So now you can say a cool mind can win a hot mind coz opposite attracts each other. A famous personality’s statement “Never make a promise when you are happy, never take a decision when you are angry.” I believe this fact I am not a philosopher, or a writer just an uncommon victim of this common battle.
